It is very budget and damn good location, 10mins walk to hongik subway and in front of the guesthouse would already have restaurants, shops and convinient store

The location is top-tier, right in the middle between Hongdae & Yeonnam. The place is also close to Hongik University Station exits + plenty of convenient stores, food spots, and shopping areas. They also provide you with useful amenities including towels (a small one & free to take and restock all the time), toothpaste, soap, & tissue. The common area is alright - basic breakfast stuff. Cold & hot water dispenser. Basic utensils. Microwave. Fridge. Stove + pots & pans. The washer is 1000 won per use. The room itself is not too bad. Enough space to open luggage (2 max). 2 beds (1 big & 1 small) come with a topper so they're comfortable enough. A hair dryer. A small clothing rack with a few hangers. They provide you with big bottles of shampoo, body wash, and hair conditioner.

It is in a very convenient location. Easy to get to the airport. I like how it has 2 kitchens - so you don’t have to go down to the ground floor for water. Also easy to do washing.
