Very impressed with this property. Staff at check in and check out were very polite. The room was extremely clean. Good location, convenience store at the bottom floor. Two luggage storage facilities within the building at cheap prices (hourly rate).

The location of the hotel is a bomb. You have line 3 and 4 just around the corner, and additionally the airport limousine bus stop, which is very very convenient if you take this option to get from airport to the city. I would not change it to a hotel near Myeongdong station, which is always very crowded. You take exit 7 from Chungmuro station, which also has an elevator. This was a big plus for us with the baby stroller. You also have two GS25 stores at the entrance of the hotel - again very convenient. There is also a cafe at the reception, which unfortunately closes at 7pm already. The room with the kitchen and the laundry machine is a big big plus for families. There are no utensils in the kitchen - we knew that and came prepared. You can rent a drying rack from reception for free. They were cleaning the room everyday and changed the towels everyday. There is lots of space in the room to store your clothes and belongings. The staff was friendly. There are lots of food options near the hotel, which are also being visited by the locals. And also an Italian sandwich cafe if you want a European breakfast with bread.
