We are experienced travellers and this was one of the best places we have stayed. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Super clean throughout. Conveniently located 5 mins from Seoul Station, Starbucks below apartment. The host Gaya personally meets you and shows you how everything works plus leaves lots of useful local information. And sets up a personal WhatsApp group so you can contact whenever need any information or help. Plus organised a taxi from the airport for free which was very welcome after a long flight.

The apartment was so centrally located for the subway and the main train station, and was wonderfully lovely and comfortable to boot. The whole COZE team were incredibly helpful with any questions we had, and so friendly too. Being less than 10 minutes walk from both Seoul Station and the City Hall subway stops meant getting anywhere was pretty easy, and there were multiple convenience stores right outside the building. Also, our trip happened to fall in the middle of a heatwave, so the AC in all the rooms was a lifesaver. I can't emphasise enough how excellent this accommodation was - if I'm ever back in Seoul it's at the top of my list to book again.
