Good location. Convenient location for Taxi/Uber to pick up. Near Olive Young and Souvenir shop.

I was disappointed with the check-in experience for a 4 star hotel as the reception staff was rude. Checked in on 10 June (around 8pm) and stayed for 5 days given its good location. First point of contact is important for overall good travelling experience in Seoul. Example is that I missed out filing up the email address and the response from the front desk is ‘you do not have email address?’ with arrogant tone. During our stay, there were a few occasions we were being ignored by front desk eg by an elderly staff on 14 June. Luckily there is a nice staff Lee Sang Yeop who attended to us and was helpful. Carpet of the room we stayed is very dusty and my sister has rashes on her legs. Overall I will not stay in this hotel in my next visit for the price I paid.
