Very friendly and accomodating staff! It was a pleasure chatting with them every morning at breakfast. They made our stay super enjoyable. The korean breakfast every morning was delicious and filling, with a different menu every day. It was very nice to start the day. The room was as shown on booking, standard size, clean and with a confortable bed. The rack on the room was very convenient to put our clothes on. The location is very nice, close to Hongdae principal road. Very lively area with a lot of stores, photobooths, cafes and restaurants. The subway was at a 5min walk, it was very convenient. Also, they can take care of your laundry for 10,000won and will take it to your room once finished. We just had to fill the laundry bag, take it to the reception, pay and all done! It was a very nice addition, because doing the laundry during travels is always annoying lol! We highly recommend Park Avenue Guest House for your stay in Seoul. It was the best we could ever find!!

Great location if you decide to stay in Hongdae, close enough to the undergound station. Amazing vibes in the area full of youngster and university student, plenty of coffee shops and restaurant, very lively at night.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable, I think the ‘luxury’ description is slightly deceiving but it was basic and perfectly fine for our 4N stay. Air con worked well snd was needed. The staff were superb: friendly, helpful, responsive. Breakfast was amazing and we really appreciated the extra effort the staff went to, to cater for us vegetarians ☺️. We did our washing which was great, and they recommended local facilities near by we needed. The area is fantastic, a few minutes walk along a stream to the local buses and metro, but very quiet and safe. Loads of lovely cafes near by and just perfect location. I would happily stay there again
