We loved our room. Each morning we'd gaze out the window at the stunning view with our coffee and make a plan for the day. The washing machine/dryer was a real bonus as we'd been travelling for 10 days. Having a microwave and a decent size fridge was excellent. The covered walkway to Yongsan station was excellent. We'd stay again in a heart-beat.

NOVOTEL YONGSAN has exceeded our expectation. the junior suite was very comfortable and has a mini kitchenette. The room has a washing machine (which was a plus point) and we did not expected that. The room was quiet even though we are next to the lift. My family used the gym as well at our stay and enjoyed the view from the gym. The staff was very polite and helpful to us. Location seemed far from the central of Seoul but there are quite alot of explorations in the vicinity. We hope to come back soon!

Every thing was great. Location is good, you can basically go everywhere touristy within 20 minutes by the subway. It was easy to get to from the airport as well. The room is spacious and quiet, the view was amazing. There is a 24hr convenient store in the building which cure my midnight cravings. I wish I stayed longer, it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed.

We stayed at Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan as a family traveling with an infant, and the experience was solid. The junior suite was clean, spacious, and well-designed. One of the biggest benefits was the dedicated washing machine in the room. We used it almost daily for baby laundry, and it saved us a lot of time and hassle. Not many hotels offer this, and for families, it really matters. The room also came with a baby cot, which was already set up when we arrived. It was clean, sturdy, and felt safe. That meant we didn’t need to co-sleep or make any DIY sleeping arrangements. It gave us peace of mind, and our baby slept well in it. The layout of the suite gave us enough space to move around comfortably even with a stroller and baby gear. The bed was good, the furniture was practical, and the small kitchen area helped with simple baby meals and bottles. Everything felt thought out, not luxurious, but very functional, which is what we needed. The staff were polite, quick to help, and didn’t overdo it. Check-in and checkout were straightforward. We had a couple of requests during our stay. Nothing major, but every time someone responded quickly and took care of it. No fuss, no delays. We also appreciated the view from our room. We had a clear view of Yongsan and could see N Seoul Tower, especially at night. It was a nice way to unwind in the evening after a long day out. Not something we expected to enjoy, but we really did. The hotel connects directly to Yongsan Station, so getting around was easy. No long walks or complicated transfers. Park Mall is also connected, and that was useful for quick meals, groceries, and basic supplies. It was all within reach without needing to go far, which helped a lot with a baby in tow.
