Location is good. Right in heart of Hongdae with thousands of university students. Lots of eating places and vintage clothing stores. Few minutes walk to Subway station. Lynn at front desk was particularly helpful

Nice little hotel, a bit expensive this days (July 2025) but there was all what I needed. Nice bed and great pillows.

Didn't realise this district is the party capital of Seoul but was an added bonus. Daily markets at your door step,food carts,shops and lots of great vibes with street performers. Perfect location for main subway line to most tourist attractions, too.
