Good location, great staff, very helpful. I struggled a bit with the bed - but the staff were very accomodating in trying to source something to make it more comfortable. The location is close to subway and very easy to catch a taxi if needed. Some of the little things that you expect are not there - but I am not the sort of traveller that fusses on those things so it was good for me.

I love the location. You can walk to the COEX Mall and there's a nearby bus stop that you can ride a bus to get to the Express Bus Terminal then transfer to a bus going to Itaewon. The location is near a train station too. Getting to Itaewon via train was a bit of a hassle so the bus rides just worked for me. A cafe/restaurant was available onsite too!
