The location is superb as it is close to the subway station and major attractions. Even when I came back late at night (as I was travelling solo) I didn't feel scared as the neighbourhood was quite lively from the nearby restaurants. The place provides washing machine which was very convenient for long stay traveller like me. I will come back and stay again here for my next trip to Seoul. See you!

+ The friendliest owner as many reviews mention. From the + Small kitchen, laundry facilities and a balcony available + Tea, coffee, water and small biscuits available 24/7 + Spare towels and toilet roll available 24/7 + Less than 10 minutes walk from 2 stations which serve different metro lines + A storm and torrential rain came as I had to leave for the airport. Joy gave me an umbrella and a poncho. Thank you so much! + Carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs when checking in and out + I had an issue with the air conditioner and noisy guests which were both attended to within minutes of messaging late at night ~11PM

The owner was super nice and helpful with questions and bringing luggage to and from my room. He was very thoughtful and I really appreciated his help with the luggage and getting to my bus stop on the way back to the airport as my suitcases were really heavy. The room was adequate for solo travellers and the location is very close to the subway station and close to many areas so my commute was never long.
