Super helpful and helpful staff. Convenient location in the heart of Seoul. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel also includes access to a proper gym that is opened 24-hours.

The service was great. Staff members were very accommodating and let you keep your luggage in their lobby. They also spoke perfect English and answered the desk phone calls promptly. Very kind people and let us know how to get to the airport via bus outside the hotel.
