Amazing hotel, staff, amenities and location. Was like a 5 star minus a pool, gym etc that comes with 5 star hotels. Very helpful staff and very plush amenities. Good restaurants available too within the hotel itself. Would especially like to thank Sugar and Nicole in the Front Desk

The location is absolutely amazing and very convienient to get to by bus from Incheon airport. Close metro station; convenience stores, Olive Young, shopping street and restaurants are all nearby with very long opening hours. Good location to also get to other parts of Seoul. The staff was super friendly and they refilled the mini bar daily. Great big bathtub and Japanese-style toilet. We very much enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back!
