Great location! Just off the main area but very close to the action & near by the metro, bus, uber pick up and airport transfer. Plenty of space for the four of us and we love the little kitchenette as we have a baby with us. Will stay here again

The hotel is strategically located near main road and the airport limousine bus-stop, and yet away from the busy noisy myeongdong street (though still of walking distance, 2 mins). The room is cosy and things are well maintained. There is also a cold/hot water dispenser at the level we stayed. At the lobby, there are some umbrellas available for use on rainy days, just need to be considerate to return them after use. The staff i met are both professional and friendly, easy to communicate and get through the process. We had problems with handling the TV remote, a staff even came up to our room (about 10+pm) and help with the setting and explain to us how to use it clearly. Even the cleaning lady was friendly and asked us if we need anything though we do not require the room to be clean up, help us throw away some rubbish. The fridge consists of a freezer compartment (not often seen), should have bought some ice-cream and store for our snacking. Oh apparently the triple room can be connected to the adjacent twin/king size room, as explained by the staff, not common to have connecting rooms for hotels in korea.

The check in was very easy. Staff is always cheerful to greet us and made it easy for us to leave our bags there cos it was too early for check in. Location was good as we could shop till the shops close at 10.30 and just head up immediately. Olive young, PPEUM and Abijou clinic is also just opposite. Walkable distance to the train station. We can also easily top up our warm water bottles at level 3 and 8.
