Spacious room, clean facilities and nice view. It was very comfortable to stay and happy to come back. Right next to DFO was a great point and an enjoyed shopping there after I put my 1 year old child sleep. Staffs working there were kind and lovely to talk, the housekeepers were so lovely and nice to my daughter. It was convenient that we could talk in Japanese with receptionist.

It was the second time we stayed in this hotel in Seoul. It was exceptional. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The location is amazing in the city centre near the metro and the bus stops so it’s easy to get around. We will be back again. Thank you.

I love everything here, very clean and room is spacious. I love the customer service so much, staff at lobby and concierge are super welcomed and friendly, especially Ms. Khloe Phan, she helped me a lot, really appreciate her support :) I will definitely come back here to stay when I back to Seoul x

We book a triple deluxe room at the hotel which is in a very centralized location to travel to anywhere . Restaurants , eateries , subway station, shopping malls are all within walking distance . The staffs whether cleaners , conceige or receptionists are all very professional and helpful especially my daughter forgotten her iPad in the room safe on check out day and we were able to retrieved it back after getting in touch with hotel
