Grand Hyatt Seoul will no longer provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving foam free of charge. These items will be available for purchase as a set for 1,000 won.The sauna will be closed every 1st week on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, it will be closed the following week’s Monday.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we were very satisfied with our experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and it offered a breathtaking view of the Han River and the city, a stunning sight to start and end each day. The swimming pool was pleasant and well-kept. We were always helped quickly and kindly whenever we had questions. The valet service was friendly and efficient, and the staff at the entrance truly stood out they where always welcoming and ready to assist. All in all, another excellent stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Good classic hotel that executes very well . Service staff was always willing to help, and even helped booked our taxi for us.
