Please make sure that your passport is valid for more than 6 months before your arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport.Please note that One-Bedroom Bungalow with Garden View and Two-Bedroom Bungalow do not have a private pool. Guests of these unit types can use the shared pool.Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (approximately until the end of this year), and Four-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool may be affected by noise.Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 1 – 17 years.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The pool, cooking class and breakfasts were fabulous. We loved swimming in the pool and sitting under the umbrellas to read. The cooking class was affordable, delicious and fun. Breakfasts were delicious - we loved having them in our room. Wonderful position, close to shops and great food places and the beach.

Well maintained, clean. Great service from all staff. Located quietly away from the street with easy access to Street life, beach life etc. Great cooking class onsite. Good range for complimentary breakfast. Great bar with 2 for 1 cocktails during happy hours. Back gate on the property bypasses the street sellers for quick access to the beach district.

Great service. Great location. Fantastic cooking classes on site. Nicely laid out resort, slightly getting crowded by new-built high rises though. Still would choose it again as our base in Seminyak.
