The property was large and mostly as advertised. You have to remember to order breakfast a day before and we never did remember so we never tried the breakfast.

Wonderful and spacious villa in the center of Seminyak, yet in totaly quiet surrounding and with very nice private closed garden and open living room. Quick access to main street and many of Seminyak nice restaurants.

Breakfast was cooked perfectly, and staff were lovely. Coming in the evening to spray and light mosquito coils was appreciated.

Villa was perfect for us, clean and tidy with a great pool and space to relax. It was very quiet yet literally a few minutes to Eat St and Seminyak Square.
