I booked this accommodation for myself, my husband and son. On the booking it said 3 people. They checked us in and took us to the room where we didn’t have an extra bed for my son. I had to go back to reception and tell them I booked for 3. He told me the villa was only for two and asked for a copy of my booking which I sent. Then he said I can have the bed, but can’t have breakfast (which was included in the booking). I said that it wasn’t very fair as I’d booked it all through booking.com inclusive of the 3 people and breakfast. After a phone call to his manager we were told we could have both the bed and breakfast. It was disappointing that when we checked in he took our three passports, seen there was three of us and sent us to the villa (which he said was for two only), not once letting me know before we were taken down to the villa. The rest of the time the other staff were lovely, they brought us breakfast everyday and set it up in our room. We did he asked to leave once while we were there so they could clean the pool which I didn’t think was great, but told him we were leaving to go out in an hour and asked if he could come back which he agreed to but wasn’t overly happy about. The location is great and the villa itself is lovely. I would actually stay here again all things considered.

Central location, walking distance to restaurants, spas, shops and beach. Villa was spacious and relatively quiet being in the city centre. Breakfast was great size too, with good coffee.

Great Location, spacey rooms, easy check in, included breakfast was great as you had choices, communication and service was quick and reliable.
