The service is very nice. The staff add me in a WhatsApp group, easy to communicate when I have request I can let the staff know by WhatsApp. Besides, the staff will try to fulfill my request. I have a tour in early morning in second day, the staff prepare breakfast box for me so I can bring it when I leave hotel.

Absolutely excellent stay at Sanavie! The service was top-notch — the free shuttle car was so convenient and always on time. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. Highly recommended
