The staff were so lovely, big thank you to Matt, Cem and team for welcoming and accommodating our requests. We were able to have an early breakfast on the day of our Pamukkale tour. The room was comfortable for a few nights stay and in an excellent location with a real sense of community ; a popular street but still quiet at night. Close proximity to restaurants eg. Eski Ev (Old House).

The service, the staff - Matt, Cemut and the lovely two ladies at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early and dropped off our bags to head out to Ephesus and they kindly gave us Turkish tea and coffee and pastries. They were just very genuine people.

Wonderful host and staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great location with cafes, supermarkets and restaurants just outside the hotel.
