Kitchen included every appliance you could want (i.e., instapot, air fryer, waffle maker, toaster, blender, etc...). Included Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods. Lots of dishes and utensils to accommodate 10+ people. Great location; had a hot tub + firepit, with plenty of seating outside to enjoy the Sedona night sky. The master bedroom and the kid's rooms were quite spacious. The hot tub water seemed murky, but, this was quickly resolved after contacting the host. The house rooms were nicely divided to allow both adults and kids to have separate spaces/conversations. The host had also placed some books on hiking and other attractions in Sedona and the nearby area, and we found that very helpful (and thoughtful).
