Jan was extremely hospitable and the unit had many extras that were not anticipated. It is a peaceful location and has secure parking inside the property.

We had an amazing two-day stay in this lovely, centrally located neighborhood. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The accommodation is spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you need for a truly wonderful stay. Having stayed here before, we were thrilled to return and will definitely be back again!

Our warm and helpful reception from Jan on arrival meant that we knew exactly where to go and what to do in Sedgefield. The room and bed were super comfy and private and perfect for our needs. The location is also great

Well stocked for self-catering. Tea, coffee, milk and instant porridge provided. Boiled sweets. Adequate kitchenette, cutlery and crockery. Towels, Soap and shampoo provided in bathroom. Comfortable bed and sofa. Lovely sunny verandah with chairs. Weber with charcoal and lighters provided.
