This was my second stay at Hubbs place and I am sure not my last. Hubbs Place is perfectly located in the heart of Sedgefield. It is close to all shops, the river, as well as the Saturday morning market. The house is spacious and feels a lot like home. There was absolutely nothing that we needed that was not provided for. A real bonus is the use of a single garage where one can house one's car or mountain bikes etc.

The unit exceeded our expectations. Although close to the highway the noise was never a problem. Carolanne was a gracious host and our border Collie was comfortable staying in the closed off garden. The unit is very well equipped and within short driving distance to Sedgefield's beaches.

Hubbs place hit the sweet spot in every respect. Carolanne met us on arrival and showed us around. The property was very spacious and there was not a single thing we needed that was not provided. We felt very much at home at Hubbs Place and sitting outside, watching the paragliders launch and fly around was an added bonus. Located within the estate is a dam with abundant birdlife. A late afternoon viewing is an absolute must and it is only a few hundred meters to walk there. Hubbs place will definitely be top of my list for any future stays in Sedgefield.
