Everything is fine, but it's pretty old. It's well-maintained. It's not far from the city, but it's just next to the airport and race track. It's not bad for the money in that area.

Great location for 5ge racetrack & close to Sebring town Center. Well equipped fitness Center & pool area outside to relax. Lovely bar with restaurant area & good food.
