I liked our greeting from the woman at our check in. She was so friendly and helpful! Good personality! I liked our room and the bar and the food! I liked all the staff that we met. The view and the setting was beautiful! I liked that the site had a history. We enjoyed going in the lighthouse to see the view.

The reservation desk staff, especially Rashae, was excellent and very accommodating after not being able to find the online reservation that was booked and confirmed. My clients had several flight delays and were going to be arriving very late- Rashae assured us that a note with a phone number would be on the door for my clients to call when they arrived to get a staff member to take them to their room and not to worry if they arrived "after hours". Moline and the wait staff at the restaurant were very good.

the hot buffet breakfast was unexpected but very good! [when i hear "continental" I don't think eggs and bacon!] the big disappointment was no fireworks on site for the 4th ): so nice to have a restaurant to walk to and enjoy --- our server, Bridgette, was so animated and very personable!!
