Our historic walk-up building does not have elevators. All rooms are located on the second and third levels. Additionally, please be advised that our rooms do not have air conditioning units.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Nearest hotel to University of Washington. Historic hotel. Only drawback is the lack of elevator. However, manager Mike and staff Gerald were very helpful.

Close to UW and student dorm. It's fair choice (low price) to stay here to be with my child who is new student to UW and about to move into her dorm. Street parking is not too hard. 8AM-11AM cost only 0.5dollar per hrs. 11AM-5PM is 3.5 dollar per hour. 5PM-8PM is 1.5dollaor per hour. Easy to pay by app 'paybyphone'. Night/Sun/Holiday are free street parking. Room is ok. Refrigerator is available only on 4th floor hotel's open space.

Great location, free but limited parking right by the building and cheap paid parking not far away. Would definitely stay again.
