The fine print
After confirmation, we will reach out to guests to send a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. It may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management the day of the check in. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a two story building with no elevator. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Due to renovations and construction next door, noise may be present. There is no daily housekeeping. Cleanings can be requested for an additional fee. License number is STR2022-2022979-APP. Furthermore, towels are not automatically changed daily. Should you require fresh towels, an Environmental Fee will apply.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The cleaning staff and communication within the cleaning staff and management should not enter a clients room when asked not to have cleaning service. It happened twice and both time I was present and no one knocked either

The location was good for our needs. The room was good (clean and comfortable) and had a good coffee machine :-). The grounds of the hotel were very nice. The management of the hotel was in transition and the manager of site was extremely nice and helpful in getting us through the check-in process (see below).

Very clean and modern! Great location but you did have to pay for parking. Very comfortable beds.

It's the most lovely little place. Clean, very good restaurant and cocktailbar next to it. Very good location. I would stay there again.
