The Fairmont is a beautiful hotel, with a young, friendly and competent staff. I like the fact that they give guests the option to forego daily room services for environmental purposes. The spa facilities were excellent.

The facilities are very nice. The rooms are clean and the outside is very well kept. Generally the touches are all there for an upscale hotel.
