Bathrooms/beds/linen etc. all very clean. We could park outside property. Sciacca was on our route around Sicily and worked for our visit to Selinunte that afternoon and before we set off for our next couple of nights in Ispica to visit Noto and Syracuse.

The b&b is very well located, you can have a view from the ocean but also just have to go by walking in the cute street of the town. The host are very sweet and offers you great service, accommodation and breakfast. Don't hesitate to take it :)
