The location near the beach is great. The rooms are large and comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good.

Very grand hotel and beautiful with the atrium and glass dome. Rooms were mediocre. For a family they don't work. Not enough room, hardly any coat hangers. Bathroom door was a sliding glass door... not ideal with kids. The pool was small. Appears much bigger on pictures. During our 2 night stay key cards failed 4 times requiring repeat visits to reception. Not once was I asked for my name or additional security. Just gave them the room and new cards handed over. Not 5 star in my opinion. Staff at brekkie were fantastic and very attentive

Breakfast is very good, lots of everything but busy we had to wait for the table. Hotel restaurant is great and has such delicious food. Tuna tartar is outstanding. Location is perfect, very easy to reach in 17 minutes by tram from Hage central station. Hotel has nice area with art in the reception. Hotel itself has beautiful ball room like a castle.

We lucked out and got a beautiful view even though we didn’t pay for an ocean-facing view. There was a bath with a built in shower - the design of the bath was really nicely thought out so it was nice to read in and the shower was a lovely rainfall shower. The location was excellent, right on the beach with a tram stop right outside. Staff was really helpful and friendly.
