Room 3 very nice size, fantastic sea view. Clean, everything worked as it should. Bed was clean and comphy. Great breakfast plenty of choice Would definitely stay again.

Staff lovely ..location was fab although on north side it was a short walk around the back streets to the lovely pub the scarborough Arms and the South Side
