Breakfast was really nice, Paul and David are very good friendly hosts who could not do enough for you, the room was excellent and very clean, overall I would rate this guest house 10/10 would stay here again.

The location was fantastic for the open air theatre, beach and peasholme park. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The room was superbly clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this bnb highly.

Absolutely loved a couple of days in Scarborough at the Phoenix. Thank you so much to the hosts , who tended to my every breakfast need , amazing mushrooms. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Not too far a walk to the main street / the front and to some good places to eat and drink. I had a fab time on my first solo holiday and didn't feel as anxious as I thought I would. Thanks to this place for being so relaxed and calm x very good price too. Would highly recommend this place.
