The fine print
Please note that no cleaning fee will be charged upon arrival if you choose to clean the property prior to departure. It must be as good as when you arrived. However, a check of USD 150 will be collected at check-in if you choose not to clean the property.The security deposit must be made by personal check, and the cleaning fee can be made by cashier's or personal check.If a family member dies, the cancellation fee can be waived upon receipt of a copy of the death certificate.Garbage pick-up is on Friday mornings around 08:00. A USD 200 fee will be charged and taken out of your security deposit if any garbage is left at the property.In case of any alcohol abuse at the property, you will be asked to leave, and no money will be refunded for unused time.The fireplace is not to be used at the property, and there are no firepits as well; for any signs of usage, a fee of USD 100 is taken from the security deposit.You will be asked to sign a liability waiver 5 days before your arrival at the property. The owner is not responsible for any accidents or property loss.No tents are allowed on the property. Tax will be collected at the time of retaining the property.Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of USD 150 or bring their own.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
