I totally recommend to visit this wonderful place everything is beautiful , clean and comfortable , we have been so meny times and we never change this place when we go to ksamil , its the nearest vila with the beach you can enjoy every single sunset 🌆 and barbecue in the evening 😍

Very quiet place - lots of greenery, well-kept garden, you can only hear birds singing and nearby farm animals. You can feel magical sitting on the terrace and watching the sunset. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a small shop on site.

Friendly, generous hosts :) Beautiful garden terrace with amazing views of the ocean. Studio apartments are large with all the required facilities.
