This place is amazing. With a beautiful, clean, almost private beach (you won't find such a beach from the city side). There is a restaurant on the beach (prices are similar to those in the centre of Saranda). Surrounded by beautiful nature and a wonderful view of the city lit up in the evening. From the ferry it is about half an hour by car (when there are no traffic jams). We travelled without a car, but the very kind and helpful owner arranged our transport for an inexpensive fee. To the nearest shop is less than 2 km walk. The cottage is simple but spacious and equipped with everything you need. If you are not a fan of the hustle and bustle of the city then you should visit this place.

Very good location away from the crowds of Saranda and Ksamil madness. 3 walking minutes with some steps away from a very nice beach, which was not crowded even in July. Also amazing sunsets on the beach. The view from the house terrace is really nice, especially at night, when you see the lights of Saranda. The owners are very friendly and the communication was very easy. We had a dog with us, which was no problem. The house is simple, but there are all the basics you need. Good WiFi also:) If you are not a big fan of crowded beaches and party bars, it's a good place to stay around Saranda. We had SUPs with us and found an amazing little beach with a cave, which is only possible to reach from the water. Really worth 30 minutes of paddling if there is no wind. We were alone there, except for a couple of boats who came to swim, but left quickly. If we go to Albania again, would absolutely come back there.
