I had a truly wonderful stay at JoAn Hotel! The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything I needed. A special thank you to Joy at the reception—she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome with her warm smile and genuine kindness. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay, offering helpful tips and always ready to assist with a cheerful attitude. Joy truly made my experience memorable, and I can't thank her enough! Highly recommend JoAn Hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable, relaxing stay

Everything from the location to how the hotel looked. It was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable for hotel beds, fresh towels every day, and extra water in the fridge. The staff were unbelievable. Kindness doesn't even come close. If I left a baby bottle in the sink when I'd come back, it would be washed. As a mother to a small child, it was definitely appreciated. Air-conditioning was incredible, especially as it was 36 degrees two days of our holiday. Floor was swept and moped. The cleaning standards were 10/10. Free breakfast, too, was very helpful when you have small kids.

The hotel is right by the beach, close to the bus terminal and to all the restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly.
