— the location is good, it takes you 15 mins to walk to the center, nearby there are good restaurants, and the building is near to the sea, it seems to have its own beach with chair (free) — Vagim (Admin and owner of these apartments ) is very careful and friendly, you can keep contact with him like for 24/7, this is already 20 out of 10 — the material and design of the apartment is the best quality, it’s true, feel like at home and feel comfortable, it has everything: washing machine, drawer machine, small kitchen with full dishes —recommended for everyone 👍

This is my second stay here and this place is absolutely wonderful! The beach, pool and bar are right in your backyard. Sun loungers are very comfortable. The patio is very nice and green, in the shade most of the time. This time I was here in mid-November. The biggest plus is the heated floors throughout the suite. It was very warm and cozy inside. Also, the apartment equipped with only high-quality appliances. Both times it was super clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again!

Great apartment, walking distance to restaurants and town, yet quiet. Host Artem was excellent, friendly and very helpful. It was our wedding anniversary and they left champagne and chocolates. Apartment very clean and had everything you would need
