We spent three days in Sarande, and the apartment totally satisfied us: easy to reach, clean, fresh and quite spacious. Perhaps the only flaw is the size of the bathroom, but it remains a minor "problem". The apartment includes two spacious bedrooms and a fairly large kitchen/living area, and overlooks a small private courtyard but large enough to comfortably park our car. Perfect base for visiting the city and its surroundings! You can reach Ksamil/the blue eye/Butrint in a very little time, and not caring about finding a parking for the car is a big plus!
