A real gem and a true heartwarming experience! The hotel is full of charm, peaceful and relaxing — you feel at home the moment you arrive. The manager is incredibly kind, always available and genuinely caring. His mother, who also helps run the hotel, is an absolute sweetheart. You can really feel the love they put into the place. Breakfast was delicious, with a stunning view that made every morning special. The road to get there is a bit winding, but once you're there, it's all worth it. Excellent value for money. I would come back in a heartbeat — thank you for such a beautiful stay!

A charming hotel, or villa if you prefer to call it that, situated well above sea level. Its location is both a disadvantage and an advantage. If you can summon a bit of physical fitness and don’t want to lose shape during your holiday, the view from the beautiful balcony, along with the pervasive peace and nature, will make your climb worthwhile. You can use a car, although the gravel road is a bit uncomfortable, but it can be easily managed by any vehicle. The owner is wonderful — nothing is a problem for him. Very friendly, and his breakfasts will stay in our memory for a long time. It’s also worth mentioning the fantastic bed with a super comfortable mattress, and the spacious, very clean, and well-maintained interior. We definitely recommend it and thank you for the wonderful care you gave us.

Vila Amare is a must stay! The views overlooking Saranda are phenomenal. The rooms are squeaky clean with modern furnishings. The host was very welcoming and the breakfast selection was the best I’ve had in Albania. If you are into fitness then it is around a 20/30 minute (steep) walk to get to the main restaurant/bar area or alternatively, it is about a 5 minute drive. Plenty of parking at the property too. I would definitely stay again!
