Lovely new spacious apartment very comfortably furnished. It is private with a garden outlook and we were able to park our car immediately outside the unit behind street gates. The location was great as we were 20 min walk to Sarajevo's Old Town. It was a steep walk home but not too many stairs and we could have caught a taxi back for around E5. Location is very close to the city landmark 'The Yellow Fort' and when walking towards the Fort you pass a fabulous coffee shop, it is called 'The View Point' plus something else in Bosnian. Like some retailers they will accept Euro notes but prefer KM, no credit cards. Vicky and her family were fabulous and great communicators. We were met once we arrived in the street and helped with parking the car etc. The instructions sent for finding the apartment were invaluable.

We liked the apartment so much: it was cozy and clean, with a large living room and a garden in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower as well. The host was very kind. The neighborhood is very quiet, there are a bakery, a cafe and a market (5 mins), a restaurant (10mins), it takes 15/20 minutes walk to Baščaršija.

The owner is very kind and supportive but the apartment is up the hill and extremely tiring to go up and down the city without a rented car or a taxi. The bedroom is cold and I had to sleep on the couch in the living room where there is an aircon. Other than that, its perfect

We had an amazing stay at Relax Sarajevo! The apartment is beautifully renovated, modern, and equipped with everything you need. A big bonus is the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is in a quiet and safe area, yet it’s not far from the city center. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. She gave us a warm welcome, shared some great tips on where to go, and remained available throughout our stay. When we couldn’t get a taxi because they were all booked, she went above and beyond by arranging for her friends to drive us to the city center. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
