Everything was perfect. The owner (Smajila) was super friendly and accommodating. She waited for us even though we arrived very late. She explained everything thoroughly and even sent tips and nice spots to visit on WhatsApp. If anything was needed she fixed it during the day. Her English was very good and easy to understand. Everything was clean and tidy. Everything you need from washing machine to kitchen utensils was offered. The spot was smack dab in the middle of Sarajevo. Strongly recommend this place.
