Nejra's apartment was a pleasure to stay in. Nejra and her friends and family are super helpful with everything, including restaurant recommendations! A long list of what makes this apartment special -- Extremely good location - next to genocide museum, walking distance to everything, make sure you check the art gallery nearby for free concerts Very very clean Super soft cotton sheets Posh fittings and furniture / everything looks brand new Super hot water with very strong water pressure Sound proofing - it's in a noisy neighbourhood but the windows filter 90-95% of the noise Extra care for child (cute blankets) Super helpful check in experience and communication with host, help with car transfers

We had a fantastic stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close enough to the heart of the city, but still peaceful and quiet at night. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality from our host, Nejra. From the moment we booked, she was communicative, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly accommodating with our schedule and even helped us with storing our luggage while we explored other parts of Bosnia. It made all the difference and allowed us to enjoy our trip without any stress. This was easily one of the best experiences we’ve had with accommodation, and a big part of that was thanks to Nejra’s kindness and care. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The location is perfect, all main attractions can easily be reached by foot. The host was super nice and answered all questions quickly and gave recommendations on restaurants, cafes , etc and even organized transfer for us from east bust station to the apartment

I liked that the communication was really good. I can't remember the lady's name but she responded almost immediately. We didn't meet her but her tone in messaging was very friendly. She sent the information in a very timely manner and there were no issues checking in. She also sent a lot of suggestions for things to do and places to eat - that was appreciated. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Location is fantastic.
