Located in the heart of Sarajevo, everything was easily accessible and within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious too.

There was a lot to like, actually. The natural light really stood out—it gives the space such a calm, open feel. The layout was great too; practical but still warm and welcoming, not overly polished like some places can feel. And Adna was incredible—super helpful and kind. She let me check in early, booked a taxi for me, and stayed in touch the whole time. It made the whole experience really smooth and personal.
