For guests staying 6 nights or less, simplified cleaning will be provided upon request. If you would like this, please apply "request cleaning" card in front of your room door. (Simplified cleaning includes collecting Face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash) For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be provided (collect towels. nightwear and trash, bed-making, clean inside the room, restock the room amenities). it was walking distance to the main shopping district. It was also situated at Odori, which was in between Susukino and Sapporo Main Station. If you want to walk to Daimaru, it can take quite a bit, but it’s pretty much sheltered the entire way, except for just crossing the road from the hotel to the Maruzen entrance to head down to the subway. The hotel was also new and room was clean. We were able to fit three large luggage in the room. The main problem was having the microwave and washing machine with dryer in the room. We really utilised these two quite a bit! They even provided detergent so that was quite good. The toilet was of a good size, and even featured a bath. It uses Refa brand soap and shampoo which smells really nice too. The hotel staff were friendly, and helped us out a lot. We requested for tissue for the room one of the days and the staff ran to bring us not one but three packs. Thank you. The front desk staff also helped with calling one of the shops at one of the shopping malls for me as I wanted to check the availability of a product. Thanks to her, I did not have to make a futile trip down. They also greeted all guests whenever to arrive or leave the premises, which was very professional. I had a good 9 days’ stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo and will recommend it to all.

Great location within Sapporo. Spacious room. Private and efficient washing machine. Able to see Sapporo TV Tower from my room.

Washing machine in the room. Netflix available. Quiet neighbourhood. Near nijo market and near many fantastic food places like "soup curry treasure", "marumi coffee", and more!

The room is spacious, and there is a washing machine! That's the biggest bonus. Location of the hotel is good too as the shopping district is near, and you can easily walk to Sapporo JR in 15 mins underground.
