・Cannot be used from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.

Absolutely luxurious, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, and peaceful yet convenient location. We have had wonderful family vacation and plan to be back again in autumn.

Smooth check-in. English speaking front desk ladies make the transaction clear and fast. Place not far from the bus stop from or to the airport. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Room were spacious. Love it🥰

The staff at reception was also very welcoming and explained everything in a concise manner. The room was amazing (we booked a "view" room and then were given an upgrade as all those were full) with a beautiful view of the city and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was extensive, with a wonderful variety of food and helpful staff to answer questions and keep everything sanitary. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance of Susukino, Odori Park, and other such places.
