The location was fantastic. A great supermarket very close by, Tōzai line a few minutes walk away, and a very nice neighbourhood. Excellent heating and insulation, which was important for us as we were in Sapporo during the Yuki Matsuri.

it is my first time book an apartment in Japan. very nice. big room and cheap. The location is also very nice. The big grocery store is just 5 minutes walk.

It was very ideally situated for me as I mostly went to Odori park (maybe 15mins tops by train, or a lovely 30mins walk by foot), quiet and spacious, and incredibly cheap. I really recommend it.
