The villa is very well located - 5min away from the Aquapark, supermarkets and a pharmacy, the park with the geyser, and another city park. We had rented both rooms for ourselves so we had a lot of space and privacy. It was a really friendly, simple and comfortable place arranged with style. At the back of the villa there is a lawn with a great view of the mountains. At the front porch, where the tables are, one can sit and enjoy the view of another set of mountains as well as pots with pretty Bulgarian flowers. It felt clean and homely.

The room was clean and well equipped. You have an air conditioner and a convection heater and you can stay warm during the coldest seasons.

Everything was more than perfect!The owner was a such lovely lady,very kind and caring.The house is even better than the photos.Very clean,warm,cozy and comfortable!Easy parking and very close to everything in the village of Sapareva banya and Kotvata.

•Nice location, 30 minutes from the seven lakes lift. Restaurants and supermarket close nearby. •The bed was comfortable. •AC •Easy to park in the front •There is a small stove and a toaster you can use !
