- Beautiful garden with a swing and a trampoline. - Quiet location with a view of the mountains. - Good TVs with plenty channels. - Working ACs in all rooms.

Loved inner yard with kitchen, hammock, trampoline, and swing. There was also an alcove with a/c, tables, fridges - just perfect for big companies! Villa is greatly equipped with everything you need: barbeque zone, kitchen utensils, tea, spices, oil, etc. Rooms were with separate entrances and each had its toilet with the shower - ideal for big companies, as there was common space to hang around in the yard, but also private space for sleeping and having rest. The host also provided a baby cot for free. Aqua club Kotvata is just in 10 minutes walking. The host lives in the house in front of the villa and is always there to help! Ah, and we loved a small compliment from the host - a home made raspberry lemonade!) Very nice and timely.
