The room was very big and bright. We had a nice view of the street and some surrounding mountains. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and "bathtub room" were great. The breakfast each morning was delicious and varied. The staff were very nice and helpful. We are very happy with our stay at this hotel.

I had a lovely stay with this hotel ! The staff very kind , welcoming, very helpful! Hotel very Luxery, clean ! Breakfast very delicious, they give me had great holidays with a lot of memories! Location of hotel near by Sapa market and bus station!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect and right next to the bus station, which made getting around super easy. The room was exactly like in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, a true example of great hospitality. The breakfast was amazing each morning: fresh, delicious and a perfect start to the day. The receptionist was also very friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help and even suggested some great activities to do in the area. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and conveniently located hotel with a personal touch!
