The rooms were excellent, and the staff were equally outstanding. We’ve been bikepacking for ten days, and the food at Sapaxa has been the best of our entire trip. The self-contained stilted rooms were modern, spacious, and featured a fantastic balcony—sheltered from the rain—with views over rice terraces and down the valley.
