I loved everything about Sapa Yen. The staff were great, they had great communication skills ( . The view from our room was amazing!! I could see the Muong Hoa funicular right from my room. Their free breakfast was delicious. ;) I ate here all day 😄 Thank God I stumbled upon this hotel when I was looking for a cheaper alternative. I couldn’t find a single negative point here (I’m not exaggerating, I swear).

The room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the train passing by, which added a unique charm to our experience. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast menu—delicious and with great variety, served at their in-house restaurant. The staff were all approachable and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great, had everything I needed. Walking distance to the town centre. Great view of the train passing.
